Returns & Refunds Policy

At Celestria Couture, each piece is crafted with exceptional attention to detail and handled with meticulous care. Should you require a return, please refer to the terms and conditions outlined below.

 

RETURNS ELIGIBILITY

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in unaltered condition

All original tags must remain securely attached and intact

The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accompanying materials

Given the delicate nature of our designs and artisanal craftsmanship, items displaying any signs of wear, damage, or modification will not be eligible for return.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following categories of items are excluded from our returns policy:

Items purchased at reduced pricing during promotional or sale periods

Items that have sustained damage due to mishandling or normal wear

This policy has been established to maintain the integrity, quality, and exclusivity of our collections.

 

RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITIES

All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We strongly advise the use of a fully insured, trackable courier service. Celestria Couture assumes no liability for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the return shipping process.

 

RETURN AUTHORIZATION PROCESS

To initiate a return, customers must contact us at [your email address] within 14 days of receiving their order.

Upon authorization of the return request, detailed return instructions will be provided to the customer.

 

REFUND PROCESSING

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise by our quality control department, customers will be notified via email regarding the approval or denial of their refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

 

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

In the event that a customer receives defective or incorrect merchandise, notification must be made to Celestria Couture within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence of the defect or error. Under such circumstances, all return shipping costs will be borne by Celestria Couture.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Celestria Couture does not currently offer a direct exchange service.

Customers wishing to exchange an item must process a return in accordance with the procedures outlined above and subsequently place a new order for the desired item.
